can charge county copy fees if preferred.
(This search starts from the current deed holder forward). If most recent
conveyance is a quitclaim deed, divorcee decree, affidavit of heirship, etc. search
starts from when the party originally acquired interest in the property showing the
chain of title from that date to the current time; Information included in the report
(all open mortgages/deeds of trust, assignments, open judgment/liens, complete
tax information including parcel ID#, tax year, amount, payment status, type of
tax/assessment, delinquent amounts and assessed property values.
*Copy of current vesting deed included with report and price.


FULL STATUTORY SEARCH: 48-72 hours $ 150; $1/page or $3/doc. We can
